Institutional Transfer in Public Healthcare Infrastructure

DHTECH coordinated the implementation of functional and architectural protocols to support the institutional transfer into new healthcare facilities in Panama, including Hospital Regional de David and the polyclinics of Almirante, Chepo, Agua Dulce, Boquete, Chitré, Penonomé, and San Juan. The scope included technical audits, operational frameworks, and quality assurance processes, adapting each center to international standards and local needs.

National Primary Healthcare Evaluation

Under the FERSAECI program, DHTECH coordinated the nationwide evaluation of primary healthcare.
